Google G Suite First Price Raise

Google has announced that it will increase the price of G Suite products on April 2 this year. This is the first time Google has adjusted the price of G Suite since its launch in 2006.

G Suite Basic prices have risen from $5 to $6 per month, and G Suite Business has risen from $10 to $12 per month. And $25 per month for G Suite Enterprise is not affected by price increases.

In the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc., the Basic version has been increased from $5 to $6; the Business version has been increased from $10 to $12. In Taiwan, the Basic version will increase from $5 to $5.40 per month, while the Business version will increase from $10 to $1.20 per month.

The increase in the price increase is about 20%, which has a greater impact on small businesses.

Currently Microsoft Office 365 Business Essentials costs $5 a month; Office 365 Business costs $8.25 a month, and Office 365 Business Premium costs $12.5 a month. G Suite is closer to the price of Microsoft Office 365 after the price increase, corporate users should be more careful to consider the need to subscribe to the service.
