WhatsApp Business iOS is available in App Store, Hong Kong is included

WhatsApp Business has always been only available on Android, and iPhone users are not available. At the end of last month, the iOS version of WhatsApp Business was finally available on the App Store, and iPhone users can now enjoy “One Machine Dual WhatsApp”, using two different WhatsApp accounts on one phone. Hong Kong iOS users can also download directly in Apple App Store!

The basic functions of WhatsApp Business are similar to those of the regular version of WhatsApp. Of course, you can contact the ordinary WhatsApp account, or you can join the group established by the ordinary WhatsApp account.

WhatsApp Business’s business features allow merchants to create profiles to share company details such as emails or addresses with customers. You can also pre-set the reply and the announcement message of “rest”, “preparation” or “temporary departure” to properly manage communication with customers.

WhatsApp Business for iPhone is currently only available in the App Stores in Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, India, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Merchants in Hong Kong can register for US Apple ID to download the app, otherwise, you have to wait for the Hong Kong version.

2019-04 Update: Hong Kong Apple App Store is also available for download now (click here to download)! iPhone merchant users will no longer need to bring along with Android!
