From the business perspective, integration can help increase the number of users and users sticknesses of each apps. Once this news came out, it provoked strong opposition from WhatsApp users. Before Facebook didn’t acquire WhatsApp, WhatsApp always emphasized the security of the conversation and the privacy of the users.
