I believe that many people will set themselves up as private or only friends when they use the online social platform because they don’t want to publish their own articles. Thought that the settings can be done once and for all? Then you are wrong.

Social platform Twitter posted a message on January 17th stating that the Android version of the Twitter program has been hiding a major vulnerability for the past four years. When a user updates a profile using the problematic program, the account’s non-public settings may be turned off, causing the user to unwittingly publish all the posts.

Twitter has fixed the issue on January 14 and notified affected users. Although the Android version of Twitter is only affected, we suggest you take this opportunity to re-examine your privacy settings on various online platforms to avoid unnecessary nuisance.
