The Higher People’s Court of Hebei Province of China recently use a new way to expose people with low social credit values to their life circles. The High Court launched a WeChat mini-app. Anyone uses this app can see the nearby debtors. They could be your friends or relatives around you.

After logging into this mini app, the user is automatically located, then with a search in the radius of 500 meters, those low social credits peoples are listed with their personal information and the reasons of entering the blacklist. This app is specially designed to be convenient to share search results with friends and WeChat groups. It can also easily generate posters to share those exposed untrustworthy people. In addition to the search function, there is also an instant report function, which is sent to the court’s executive department for disposal.
