Communication Software “LINE” announced that the Chinese customer service intelligent chatbot developed by the Taiwan team will be launched in the first quarter of this year. In the future, the chat robot can answer various LINE service related questions in the official account and cooperate with the live customer service.

LINE released 9 new features, 3 chatbot development tools and LINE Things IoT Platform API (application interface) that make chatbots more intimate in the 3rd Developer Conference LINE TAIWAN TechPulse 2018.LINE shares technology and excellent cases, also let developers know the development resources provided by LINE.

At present, LINE only provides Japanese-language chatbot. In the future, adding the Chinese version will be more convenient and quicker for users of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to solve problems.

The usage of chatbots is becoming more and more extensive, it can also help customers solve problems through automated reply, reduce the waiting time for real customer service, improve customer experience and reduce the pressure of live customer service.
